Nikki sent alot, ALOT of flowers from her mothers funeral.
It must have been a gorgeous funeral with all these flowers!!!
They all came carefully and lovingly packed from Mississippi.
Nikki's father had written this poem for his wife and it hung on their wall for years.
It had a picture of a rose on it, which was trimmed off to make way for real roses.
These Red and White Roses, and Ferns are arranged around the poem and on an ivory background. The little hearts in the upper corner were found down inside the roses, which just seemed so perfect. The 11x14 bronze/black frame was provided by the customer.
Sister, Lauren, wanted an pink/green and white piece.
The Lilies, Orchids, Alstromeria and Hydrangea are all mounted on an
ivory background.
The antique gold frame was provided by the customer.
Here is a little closer view. See the little butterfly?
This piece has pastel colored flowers wrapped around a family photo.
Roses, Alstromeria, Ranunculus, Delphinium and a few ferns tucked in here and there. The black 8x10" frame was provided by the customer.
The background is a light gray.
Nikki shares my love for bright colors, so this piece was really fun to create.
It is full of life, just like her mother was.
Gerbera Daisies, Roses, Spider Mum, Delphinium, Snap Dragon, and so many more.
The 11x14" Modern Barnwood Frame was provided by the customer.
The flowers are mounted on an Ivory background!
The heart came from a Red Rose petal and the butterfly in the corner is made from Larkspur petals.
I am so impressed and know I will treasure these forever!!! ️
